In early 2019 I decided I was done being fat and tired. I was not happy with the person I had let myself become. I signed up for a Planet Fitness membership with the simple goal to move more. By investing money in a membership I was commiting myself to just showing up at the gym as often as I could. it didnt take long before I began to feel betterand to even see some weightloss results. A little movement snowballed into a lot, which lead to a desire to eat better in order to compliment the work I was putting in. Over the coarse of 2019 I went on to loose 80 pounds! I could not belife it. However, due to lack of guidance I exacerbated some existing postural and chronic pain problems I had prior to beginning my fitness journey. I then found myself working a job that exacerbated them further and was leaving me in constant pain which kept me from sleep. I began researching exercise science in an effort to correct the problems I was experiencing. In the process of learning I not only became facinated with the material, but was also able to make a big difference in my quality of life with the knowlage I was gaining. It left me with not only a deep sense of gratitude for people out there sharing the knowlage I was aquiering, but also with an intense desire to share it with others. I just want to let everyone know how much better you can feel if you just put in a little effort.
